Annual Events and Educational Training

Snowflake Ball is an evening of elegance for individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families and friends. It is a fun and safe evening with dinner and dancing that many look forward to all year.

On the Move Walkathon is the May awareness walk event for PWSA of WI held in Roosevelt Park in Oconomowoc. Friends and family join together for a walk followed by lunch and dancing.

A Day at the Henry Villas Zoo meetup is a meet-up or families younger children is a fun casual meetup in Madison. A stroll through the zoo is followed by a picnic lunch in the park.

Golf Benefit is an annual event held at the end of summer where golfers of all abilities gather together for a round of golf followed by a luncheon, door prizes and a silent auction.

Strike Out PWS Bowlathon is a fun family bowling event held in September each year at Bowlera Lanes in Wauwatosa.

Sparkle and Shine Gala is an evening of entertainment including dinner, silent auction, and a Live DJ, all to raise community awareness and encourage heartfelt support.

Annual Educational Training is a great learning opportunity for parents, family and all that support those living with PWS. Topics vary every year, but in the past have included topics such as prevention and education with law enforcement, and therapeutic interventions for Infants thru adulthood.
